Saturday Speaker Meeting
The Twin Cities SAA Intergroup hosts a speaker meeting on the first Saturday of each month. A member of SAA or COSA shares their experience, strength, and hope in a longer talk focused on recovery and the Twelve Steps. The evening also includes time for fellowship before and after the speaker. A monthly meeting focused on experience, strength, and hope.

The speaker shares a more in-depth story of recovery, experience, strength, and hope than would typically fit into a regular meeting format.

Interested in Speaking?
If you have a year's sobriety in this program, have worked the steps, and have not spoken at this meeting in a number of years, please consider volunteering. This is a wonderful, important, 12th Step opportunity, one that will most assuredly help your own program as much as it will for the programs of those who attend. We're not necessarily looking for a polished, entertaining speaker so much as someone who, through the program and the steps, has experienced a significant (1yr +) stretch of sobriety as has known the struggles as well as the victories that comes with such a journey. Experience first-hand how your experience, strength & hope can and will benefit others.
