Welcome to Twin Cities SAA

Sex Addicts Anonymous is a fellowship of people who share their experience, strength, and hope with each other so they may overcome sexual addiction and help others recover. If you're wondering whether SAA might be right for you, you're welcome here. You don't need to have everything figured out, and you don't need to make any commitments before attending a meeting.

New to SAA?

Taking the first step can feel intimidating. Many people come to their first meeting unsure of what to expect, whether they belong, or even whether they consider themselves a sex addict. That’s okay. You don’t need to have all the answers before attending. SAA is a place to learn about recovery, hear the experiences of others, and begin understanding your own behaviors at your own pace.

What is SAA?

Sex Addicts Anonymous is a Twelve Step fellowship for people who want to stop addictive sexual behavior and find recovery. Members define their own addictive sexual behaviors with the help of the SAA program and other members. Rather than defining recovery identically for everyone, SAA provides a framework for individuals to identify the behaviors that are causing problems in their lives and develop a personal path toward recovery.

What Happens At Meetings

Meetings are designed to provide a respectful and confidential environment where people can talk openly about recovery with others who understand.

There’s no pressure to speak, share your story, or explain why you’re there. Participate only when you feel comfortable.

Meetings are intended to be respectful, anonymous spaces where members can speak openly about recovery without judgment.

Talk to Someone

Sometimes it's easier to talk with a person before attending your first meeting. If you would like to learn more about the Twin Cities SAA fellowship, you may leave a confidential message for an SAA member. Please include your phone number and the best time to return your call.
